At House of Anaiah, each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
- We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- Any damage or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange requests are subject to approval.
- In case of return or exchange, the customer is required to bear the one-way shipping charges.
